A virtual meeting between GES schools
In order to keep pace with the latest updates concerning GES curricula, GES had already decided to make virtual meetings with different international schools in order to exchange experince.
On the 4th of January 2023, a vertical meeting was held between Mr. Mohamad Maher the academic manager of Al mawakeb international school in Istanbul and Ms. Aysha the academic manager of Talent international school in KSA via Zoom. Ms, Muna the public relations and translation manager has joined us to share her experience in international schools.
Mr. Mohamad Maher has started his presentation talking about the academic plan, projects, events, how they evaluate their students, summative assessment, formative assessment, and all positives they have in their school. All plans were richful in information.
The mic was given later to Ms. Aysha who did a great presentation about her school. She stated that they have a different system. Later on, she started talking about plans then moving to talking about supporting staff, developmental plans, and their curriculum. At the end of the meeting, they agreed to send all files to each other and have periodical meeting.
