Action Learning Principles
Participants are the drivers; the instructional delivery is founded on the use of interactive sessions, simulations, case studies, educational games, assessments, educational movies, and role plays.
Double-Loop Learning and Transfer
Participants are required to complete a “Double-Loop Learning Assignment”, provided at the end of each phase. Unlike traditional examinations and projects that ask participants to regurgitate facts; a double loop learning opportunity is a way for participants to learn from processes, through which, participants demonstrate they have integrated the material into their thinking and their applied works. The assignments are carefully designed and validated to ensure the maximization of the “Learning Transfer”.
Behavior-based Workshops
We offer participants a variety of training solutions to help them become more effective and to improve their performance. Every module, we introduce, is turned into suggested behaviors assuring implementation.
Implementation Partners
To ensure full success of learned skills implementation, program mentors collaborate with educational institution teams to ensure availability to answer any participant’s questions within 48 hours on any issues that they may encounter during the implementation of the learned skills.
